User Screens

Six full size 800X600 screens used in the application are presented below. Use your vertical and horizontal scroll bars to see the entire images. You can close the navigation frame on the left to allow more viewing room by clicking on Close Navigation Frame. When you are finished viewing the screens you can click on Open Navigation Frame to to return to normal viewing.

The Main Reservation Form

The Reservation Form provides for name and address data, an on screen note pad for your comments, credit card data, arrival information, reserved by information, which rooms, referral source, all the financial data (rate, taxes, commissions, net etc.) are calculated for you. High and low season or weekly rates are automatically handled. When you enter a reservation the system automatically checks for double bookings and informs you of the room and the date when a double booking is encountered. Links are provided to the calendar and reports. You can click on any field with a date in it and it will open the calendar to that month.

The Reservation form is displayed for a 12 room Inn. If there are less than 12 rooms the extra rooms will not be displayed on the Reservation form as selection buttons.

Surcharge Detail Entry Form

Surcharges are any charge you wish to add to a clients bill (e.g., for a one night booking, extra person in a room, massage, horses, etc.). This detail is printed out on both the Receipt and Invoice forms


The Calendar Form

The Calendar displays a full month, you can move forward and back a month or select any month. Reservations are displayed on the calendar with the number of nights and which room. If the reservation is for multiple nights, the additional nights are marked on the calendar as booked. If you position your mouse over a reservation on the calendar, the details of that reservation are displayed in a pop up. If all guest rooms are booked on any given day, that day is greyed out indicating it is sold out. Holidays or other desired events are displayed on the calendar. You can click on any day on the calendar and that will return you to the reservation form at the first reservation on, or after, that date to see the details of that reservation.

The Calendar form is displayed showing reservations for a 12 room Inn. If there are less than 12 rooms in your Inn the additional reservations will not exist and the sold out indicator (grey) will be based on the number of rooms you have.

The Set Up Form

Set Up There is a Set Up form that allows you to enter information on your rooms including name and rates (Rates supported are for single & double occupancy for both high and low season if needed), your B&B name and information on any reservation services you might use. InnReserve is delivered preloaded with demo data so you can experiment with the system to see how it will work before entering your own live data. Once you are finished with the demo data the Set Up screen has a command button that will remove the demo data.

If your browser asks for a password click cancel, or you can right click on the hyperlink and select Save Target As and put it on your local disk.
