As a Bed and Breakfast owner I have had the pleasure, of sharing, with you the reservation software solution that I originally created for our own bed and breakfast over 15 years ago. At the Great Valley House of Valley Forge, InnReserve software continues to serve us well.

In providing InnReserve to other bed and breakfast operators, I have learned a lot about your B&Bs and the business issues that arise in the many domestic and international locations where this software is used. I have had personal contact with many of you and have visited some of your Inns. I have greatly enjoyed this interaction and I thank you for your business over the years.

The market demand for Bed and Breakfast reservation software has changed over the years to where the focus is now on what the larger, better capitalized, web based solution providers can offer. This market change along with the sale of Webervations to Rezovation has caused a decrease in InnReserve sales activity to the extent that the resources and effort to keep InnReserve running as a business is no longer practical.

I will continue to honor support commitments as described on the InnReserve Support page at www.innreserve.com to existing customers for up to two years from the date of their purchase.

During the next year, 2010. I will respond to any chargeable $150 upgrade requests from existing users to today’s 2009 version that supports Office 2007 and Vista. As you should know, InnReserve is an open application and anyone with skills in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic can analyze and modify the application. These skills are commonly available around the world. Assistance beyond my support commitment is there if you need it.
